SiREN is the WA Sexual Health and Blood-borne Virus Applied Research and Evaluation Network. SiREN is a partnership between researchers, service providers and policymakers working to strengthen evidence-informed policy and practice in Western Australia. SiREN's services include identifying and promoting opportunities for collaboration, developing research and evaluation skills, and sharing research and evaluation evidence. 

SiREN provides free online training modules designed to support those working in the Western Australian sexual health and blood-borne virus sector to build capabilities in health promotion planning and evaluation.

The free modules are available on-demand and take approximately 2 - 3 hours to complete. 

Modules include:

  • Foundations for Health Promotion

  • Evidence for Health Promotion

  • Planning for Health Promotion

  • Evaluation for Health Promotion
