Youth'12 overview: The health and wellbeing of New Zealand secondary school students in 2012
This report presents an overview of findings from Youth’12, the third national health and wellbeing survey of secondary school students in New Zealand. The information presented in this report was provided by 8,500 students who took part in the survey. The report also includes findings from the 2001 and 2007 national surveys to identify trends over time.

Young People, Online Sexual Health Information, Science and Skepticism
A Qualitative Health Research article authored by Adrian Farrugia, Andrea Waling, Kiran Pienaar and Suzanne Fraser. The article is useful to people teaching RSE given it provides information on the extent to which young people trust online sexual health information. Most interesting is that the evidence supports the idea that young people desire information that acknowledges the varied, contingent nature of sexual life. Accordingly, RSE should include not only "facts" and "science" but experiences.

Their integrated services across Australia help people find safe and affordable housing, support disadvantaged children and families, empower troubled young people, assist people with mental illness and disability, and much more. Mission Australia conduct a number of comprehensive surveys on young people, alcohol and other drug use, homelessness and disability.
Making every school a health-promoting school
This article provides comment on the effects of COVID on mental health on children and social inequalities. It points to the idea that schools should be appreciated not only as sites for academic and social learning, but also settings that can enhance student health and wellbeing.
Inclusive Education WA (IEWA)
NB: Funding for Inclusive Education WA (IEWA) ceased in October 2020. IEWA previously provided professional development and support for WA schools and staff who wanted to ensure that their schools environment were safe and inclusive for everyone, including for same sex attracted, intersex and gender diverse (SSAIGD) students, staff and families.
